Job Description:

The primary responsibilities of the job are:

  • Maintain an efficient, well organized office.
  • Assist in maintaining daily record absent/tardy reports
  • Assist in orienting new employees as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the housekeeping department.
  • Schedule employees' weekly and housekeeping assignments daily and call employees in as needed to ensure proper staffing and completion of work.
  • Maintain and control supply and linen inventories; issue and receive guest and cleaning supplies to ensure appropriate levels are maintained and control costs.
  • Respond to all incoming calls and handle guest requests, issues and complaints to provide quality service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Perform clerical assignments.
  • Maintain accurate records pertaining to loaned equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of assigned master keys.
  • Maintain accurate records of Los and Found guest items.




Job Requirements:

  • Ability to perform any task in the housekeeping department. Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
  • Ability to direct personnel to achieve desired results. Ability to meet standards of appearance.
  • Can communicate well with guests.Great organizational skillsAble to multitask
  • Must have good command of English language, both spoken and written. Must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend English.
  • Responsible for assisting with the daily coordination of the Housekeeping staff, promoting a safe work environment, and giving quality service to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in the housekeeping department a must.
