Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic Hospitality Sales Professional to join the only hotel on the world renowned Rodeo Drive. The hotel has recently been the recipient of the distinguished Four Diamond designation from AAA for 2015. Anyone with a passion for Sales and Hospitality combined with the flair of the most luxurious part of Los Angeles is motivated to apply.

  • Manage all aspects of the Sales Department including segments such as Corporate Accounts, Groups, Travel Agents, Consortia and MICE
  • Work closely with Special Events Manager
  • Establish and maintain relationships with retailers and managers on Rodeo Drive and the Beverly Hills community
  • Source business opportunities with existing and new corporate, travel agent and group clientele by conducting Sales calls
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales goals, occupancy goals , ADR, RevPAR , and Revenue Budgets
  • Collaborate with corporate brand marketing department, public relations and graphics teams
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue generation based on analysis of market segments and identification of trends
  • Create and manage Annual Strategic Plan
  • Constantly Monitor and analyze sales performance according to the established plan and make suggestions for revenue generating promotions and activities
  • Revenue Management analysis and working with the Revenue Director and General Manager to make effective decisions to maximize revenue for the hotel
  • Marketing strategy and implementation assistance
  • Strong Participation in Sales calls locally and nationally

Job Requirements:

  • Previous Sales experience in boutique hotels
  • Previous exposure to Marketing strategies and implementations
  • Extensive knowledge of forecasting sales projections, market share analysis and evaluating results
  • Knowledge of revenue management and strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Knowledge of Opera, Delphi and MS Office
  • Flexibility to travel nationally on sales calls as required
  • Strong organizational skills
